Estenda a massa com um rolo e forre uma tarteira.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Creme&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;6 colheres de sopa bem cheias de acucar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;1 1/2 colher de sopa bem cheia de farinha maizena&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;4 gemas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;500 ml de leite com umas gotas de baunilha&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;Junte o acucar com as gemas e mexa bem, de seguida junte a farinha maizena e mexa. Por fim junte o leite frio com as gotas de baunilha e leve ao lume num tacho mexendo sempre com uma colher de pau ate o creme engrossar. Desfazer o fermento em agua morna com uma colher de cha de acucar e deixe por 5 minutos. No leite ja morno misture a manteiga derretida, a metade da farinha, o sal, o resto do acucar, o fermento e o ovo, mexa bem, junte o resto da farinha. Acrescente farinha ate obter uma massa fofa de forma a poder trabalhar com ela. Deixe levedar por uma hora ou mais tapado com um pano. Passado este tempo, faca um rectangulo(35 a 40 cm por 25 cm, espessura 2 cm) com a massa e pincele-a com a manteiga derretida, salpique com o acucar e a canela( recheio ). Faca um rolo no sentido comprimento e corte fatias mais ou menos de 1,5 cm, disponha-as no tabuleiro untado com manteiga e farinha ou papel vegetal, vai ao forno por 20 minutos ou ate estarem douradinhos. Para a cobertura misture os ingredientes todos e ponha por cima dos bolinhos quando sairem do forno. Cortar o tomate em quadradinhos e temperar com azeite, sal, pimenta e oregaos. Cortar o bacon tambem aos quadrados, e levar a fritar numa frigideira sem conteudo nenhum, pois o bacon ja tem a sua propria gordura, ate ficar tostadinho. Ponha em cima do pao ja barrado com a manteiga e o alho o tomate temperado e o bacon, de seguida polvilhe com queijo ralado e leve ao forno ate o queijo derreter. Depois retira-se o frango de dentro do tacho e tritura-se o molho com a varinha magica. No final junte a salsa picada e voila!! Esta pronto... muito bom e facil. Desfaca a gelatina num pouco de agua e junte ao preparado anterior. Molhe as bolachas no cafe e ponha-as numa taca, sobrepostas umas nas outras(3 camadas ou mais), deite o preparado por cima,  e polvilhe com bolacha ralada ou nozes/amendoas picadas. Leve ao frio. Passado uns dois minutos junte o tomate pelado e tambem um pouco de calda e o bacalhau previamente cozido e desfiado, tempere com sal e pimenta. Junte um pouco de vinho branco e coentros ou salsa. Tape e deixe estufar ate quase nao ter molho. Estica-se a massa folhada com um rolo mas de modo a que nao fique muito fina para nao romper e poe-se num tabuleiro, colocar o recheio no meio, fechar e pincelar com gema de ovo e levar ao forno. Peneire a farinha com o sal, o fermento e o chocolate. Acrescente a massa alternando o leite com as claras em castelo. Vai ao forno nos 180 graus durante 45 minutos. Vai ao forno numa forma untada nos 200 graus por mais ou menos 40 minutos ( verifique com o palito ). Unte um tabuleiro com manteiga e pao ralado ou farinha, e verta metade do preparado para a forma ( ha quem divida a massa em 3 ), sobre a massa disponha camadas de carnes, de modo a que nao fique seco por dentro. Deite o resto da massa, e leve ao forno em 180 graus durante 20 minutos, mas melhor sera testar com a tecnica do palito para ver se esta cozido. Depois junta-se os ovos batidos com o leite e junta-se ao preparado. Levam-se ao forno em forminhas untadas com manteiga e farinha, espetando rodelas de chourico em cada uma das forminhas, mas de maneira a que fique bem la para dentro ( nao ponham menos de 4 rodelas, mas se puserem mais melhor ). Colocar num tacho um pouco de azeite e deixar alourar as febras. De seguida juntar cenoura as rodelas, salsa picada e vinho branco. Deixar cozer com a tampa fechada durante 15 minutos. Juntar o sumo de 3 laranjas e deixar apurar. Fritar batatas aos palitos bem fininhas e juntar ao bacalhau, ate que as batatas fiquem um pouco moles. Bata os ovos e tempere com sal e pimenta, junte ao bacalhau e envolva bem. Passado este tempo a carne vai ao forno com a marinada e um bocadito de azeite, se for preciso junte agua para nao pegar porque o molho tem tendencia a ficar espesso. Depois da carne estar quase assada acrescenta-se os cogumelos, deixa-se estar mais 5 minutos e so no fim juntar as natas. Junte o ovo e faca uma bola com a massa. Molde pequenas bolinhas do tamanho de uma noz e leve ao forno previamente aquecido num tabuleiro untado e polvilhado cerca de 15 a 20 minutos a 220 graus.
